The FD series are a sanitation grade of stainless steel AODD, which have been mechanically polished to a finish of Ra0.8. Being Specifcally designed for the sanitary environments, the FD series design includes self -emptying flow channels for easy draining and cleaning of the pump. The use of tri-clamps throughout the design allows for quick tear down and reassembly for deep clean operations. To provide even more versatility, an optional flap valve can be provided instead of the ball valve to allow for handling of different types of materials.
Self-priming and able to handle fluids with suspended solid up to 12.5mm (ball valve) or up to 50mm (flap valve)
